I know, there’s heaps of information out there about diet and nutrition, and things can get really confusing!
Almost daily, there’s a new miracle diet that claims to give you a world of promises. “No work required, instant results, glowing skin, shiny hair….”and just about anything else their marketing teams can think of, so that you part with your hard-earned money.
The truth is, there is NO magic bullet. Sure, there are protocols and supplements that can AID your journey, and make it enjoyable and sustainable, but at the end of the day, it does take work on your part to re-educate yourself and build new habits.
When I first started my health and weight-loss journey, I thought it meant I could never eat out or go to social gatherings, and that I was destined to eat a diet of only broccoli and chicken if I wanted to lose the extra pounds.
Thankfully, I discovered a nutritional system that I still use today, and recommend to all of my clients. The days of social anxiety around food and eating boring meals are over for me. I have learned that you don’t need to feel deprived to lose weight. You just have to have the right tools at your disposal to help you achieve the results you are after.
